We accept credit card payments, Komoju, Paypal and convenience store payment (Paidy).
Please check that you have entered the correct email address and that it has not ended up in your spam folder.
If you are using a mobile email address such as @docomo.ne.jp or @ezweb.ne.jp, please set it up to receive emails from @valiantgallery.com.
Unlike in physical stores, products are not secured when added to your cart; they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis by customers who have completed their order.
Please be careful when purchasing limited items or other products that sell out immediately after release.
Please contact us via the order completion email or inquiry form to inform us of your wish to cancel your membership. Cancellation procedures will usually be completed within 3 business days.
Your information will be deleted from the store member database.
Please note that the Companies Act and the Corporation Tax Act require us to keep transaction history for a certain period of time.
Shipping times vary depending on the product. Please check each product page for details.
*Shipping operations are suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year's holidays, long holidays, summer holidays, and other holidays designated by our company.
If you have not received your item within one week of receiving the shipping confirmation email from us, please contact us via email or our inquiry form.
*Please be sure to fill in the name of the building (e.g. condominium or apartment) to prevent misdelivery.
*If the item is returned to our store due to an unknown address, we will contact you individually.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
If the product is damaged or shipped incorrectly during delivery, you can return it at the store's expense. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
