Native to South Africa, succulents of the Euphorbia genus are particularly popular.
Among them, the representative variety, Horida, is a popular species with sharp thorns, and is also popular in Japan. This specimen is very large and has a perfect shape.
■Location for keeping <br>Although this is a sturdy variety that can withstand the cold, it should be kept in a sunny, well-ventilated location throughout the year.
■Temperature control <br>Although this variety is cold-resistant, it should be kept indoors during midwinter when temperatures drop below 5°C.
■Watering During the growing season from spring to summer, water the plant only when the soil is completely dry. Because this plant requires a lot of moisture, water it less than other plants. As the temperature drops, reduce the frequency of watering, and keep it on the drier side in winter.
