Pachypodium rosulatum var. gracilius
This tuberous plant (codex) grows wild mainly in Madagascar and Africa, and has a unique balance between its round, swollen tuberous root and its slender branches.
The contrast between the small leaves and the tree shape is beautiful, making this a highly ornamental plant.
■ Care location <br>Prefers a sunny location. Lack of sunlight may cause the tuberous roots to become wrinkled.
Since it is sensitive to cold, it is recommended to keep it indoors during the winter.
■Temperature control <br>Since it is sensitive to the cold, please switch to indoor management when the temperature drops below 10°C.
■Watering <br>During the growing season from spring to autumn, water the plant thoroughly when the soil dries out.
Water about once a month, and discontinue watering during the dormant period when the leaves fall.
■Soil and fertilizer <br>Use soil with good breathability and drainage.
Apply liquid fertilizer once a month from spring to autumn.
